I drew this at four in the morning and thought it looked hunky-dory, but when I woke up and looked at it the head was too big and her wrist looked broken and her torso was too short and everything was wonky I was like, “Nope, not gonna draw at four in the morning anymore now I gotta fix everythingggg.” Also I had labeled it Claire, but Claire is her twin sister. Her name is Lindsay.

I challenged myself to fill an entire 98 page sketchbook during the month of July. I tried to do three pages a day, but ended up skipping a few days and doing like ten on the last day, haha. It was a really good exercise, though. I’ll have to do it again soon. I couldn’t think of anything to draw for a lot of it, so I ended up doodling a lot of heads, but I guess drawing heads is better than drawing nothing at all.
More old charactersss. Some of them need to be revamped and some of them don’t even have stories auuughh.

Some of the gestures from this past week. All from photos as usual, but most of them were untimed. I have 2 hours and 45 minutes of waiting around on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays before my class starts at 12:30 pm, so I’ve been doing gesture drawings from photos my ipod. I try to find seats in the library that aren’t near other people because it’d be kind of weird if someone noticed that I come in and stare at nude pictures for two hours every day, haha.
